Refund policy
Returns
Our refund/return period is 14 days from the date of receipt, and valid on full price items, only. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this time has lapsed, or on items from our sale page. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. A return can be made by shipping, or in-person at our flagship location to:

NOTE: If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service +/or purchasing shipping insurance. If an item was noted as “final sale” at time of checkout, no returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and whether it is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. If rejected, follow-up correspondence will be made. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If free shipping was offered on your order, you will be refunded the original amount minus $15 for shipping.
