Seashell-Belted, Bow-Tied, and Paisley-Draped. This haltered fit-and-flare midi dress is completed with an elasticated detachable seashell belt, self flat ties tunneled through neckline and tie into a bow at back neck and sideseam pockets.  Gathering at under bust, curved waist seam and entire bodice. Smocking panel at center back with zipper and hook-and-eye at top edge.  Fully lined. Placed print with special artwork at neckties.
